Two Double rooms ; One Twin room:

All have en-suite facilities with Tea/Coffee making Facilities,

Hairdryer and Clock Radios, TV.
WiFi access

There is a South-facing terraced garden for Guests' use

For Breakfast there is a self-service buffet with fruit juices, fresh fruit, grapefruit

fruit compote,muesli, cereals and yoghurts.

Followed by a full English Breakfast using local bacon, sausages and eggs, if desired.

Home made bread, maramalade and preserves.

Various teas and coffees (including decaffeinated and fruit teas) Hot Chocolate

We try to meet individual needs, but regret that we have no ground-floor rooms

Dogs are welcome, by arrangement only, and must be kept under control at all times

Please Note:   We welcome well-behaved dogs.  We reserve the right to charge cleaning

and repair costs if your dog damages furniture and soft furnishings.

TV and WiFi

A non-returnable deposit of £15.00 per person is required to secure a booking
